Literature Circle Summary

You have been involved in your literature circles for about a week.
How are you feeling about the groups and the meetings?  Do you
find the jobs easy to understand?

Write a 5-8 sentence summary about what you have read so far in
your assigned book.  Include the name and author of your book in the
summary.  Include predictions about how your book will
develop and end.

Weekly Reader's Response Due 2/11/11 - Novels for You

When you select a novel to read what strategies do you use?  Think back to the beginning of the year when we talked about how to choose a book.  Is there a particular genre you prefer?  If so, which one is it.

We are going to start literature circles soon.  What do you find difficult and fun about literature circles?  Are there aspects of reading a book with a group that you wish you could change?
