Hello to all my old students who are communicating to me from middle school! It is nice to hear
from you and I hope you are doing well! I miss you guys!
Would you be interested in posting comments to our blog about middle school, of course I would
moderate them, so that our 5th graders can get some insights into what to expect? Maybe the 5th graders could ask you questions and you could respond.

Is middle school fun. Do you like the teachers. Are the teachers nice or mean. What is better elementry school or middle school.
ReplyDeleteMiddle school is fun,but very hard! There is way more homework and the bookbags are super heavy! I have made a lot of new friends, I won't tell you their names because we're on a blog, but it is cool. I would love to answer questions. From, Agent French Bear 34 (via Mrs. French)

ReplyDeleteYes middle school is VERY FUN!!! I still wish I was in your class though Mrs.French! :') I like most of the teachers but some just have to many pet peeves or they get on my nerves. Their just like any other teachers, it depends on how you act in class. I would have to say elementary school and 5th grade because the teachers were the best and your also the top dog. Being in 6th grade in middle school is like being at the bottom, like 1st grade!

In middle school is it hard when you have to move from 1 class to another and how much time do you have to get to your next class.Also, I would like to know how the teachers are in middle school are they nice, mean, crazy,harsh or like any other teacher.
ReplyDeleteMy sister says that in TJ were I'll be going is really strange. And she also said that a lot of teachers are mean and they judge you by your sibling. And the people their judge you by friends. Do you know if its true?

ReplyDeleteMy brother is in middle school in 7th grade and his homework takes him like 2 hours a night. I feel very scared for middle school but something else tells i will do fine kind of like the angel or devil on each sholder. I am also so used to elementry school I am scared it will afect on how I work in middle school like my brother might turn in something late and he will get 10 points off. Is middle school hard? Hope you write back to me I really want to know.

ReplyDeleteMiddle school is very fun and you get lots of teachers unlike Elem. school. So far middle school is very fun. The homework atleast at MY MIDDLE SCHOOL is wasy i dont know about oakdale middle school but in other words it is very easy to do homework. You are also allowed to choose between Technology Exposition (warning strict teacher) Flex (some language thing)Band and some others. MIDDLE SCHOOL ROCKZ!!!!
Also I like the poem The New Kid on the Block and the poem Mothers Day Present.
ReplyDeleteI like what the retired agent-french-bear #20 said about middle school because my brother is now in middle school and there is a lot of teachers (because i went to the middle school open house with him). He is having fun (I hope) with all his fun teachers (I also hope he has them). He said tech. education i very fun because he likes building things very much. I like how they let you bring the things you built home because there fun and games!

ReplyDeletepink ponies 14, well you get about 4 minutes to leave class, go to your locker, and get to your next class. It may sound difficult but you'll get the hang of it. One thing I did to remember where I go from class to class is take the school map and highlight all of my classrooms (6 classes)an where my locker is. Then I drew a path from my locker to my first class, then my locker to my second class, then my locker to my third class and so on. It made it alot eisier for me. I also typed up a mini schedule that anybody can relly use that lets you write your teacher, class, things needed for that class, and ect. If you want....I could e-mail it to Mrs.French so that you could all practice using it now. :)
