I'm reading Scat by Carl Hiaasen. The story is about a kid named Nick and a kid named Marta and some other people who try saving a baby panther and they are trying to give the baby panther back to it's mother. Also a minor plot is two guys, trying to drill oil illegaly. I would not trade lives with any of the kids because they have a mean teacher. Also, they the main chracter Nick falls out of a tree. The story ended by Nick's dad coming back from Walter Reed and the baby panther going back to it's mother.
ReplyDeleteThe title of the book im reading,More perfect union the story of Alexander Hamilton. The author of the book is Nancy Whitelaw. The main characters of the biography are arron burr, Alexander Hamilton (and some more but i did not read enough). I would not like to trade lives with anyone so far but it seems that everyone is haveing a rough life. I think the story will end with Alexander geting shot.

ReplyDeleteThe book I am reading is The Book of Flight by The Air and Space Museum the book is abought the history of air craft and some of the records broken like the highest flight or the fastest flight and the smallest plane. So I think you sould read this book.
ReplyDeletei am reading a biography called GEORGE WASHINGTON:THE MAN WHO SHAPED A NATION by MARY POPE OSBORNE. It is about George Washington's lifespan .I have not read a lot but i know most of his family died when he was young.Sad life.I will read more tomorrow.

ReplyDeleteI am reading SIR WALTER RALEGH. Even though it is about the project it is quite interesting.
I recently read the book Click Here: To Find Out How I Survived 7th Grade! By: Denise Vega. The main characters are Erin, Jilly, Mark. The story is about Erin Swift a girl who is friends with Jilly who is perfect in every way. Gets the guys, has a good sense of style, has alot of friends. Erin who doesn't have any of that got teased for Jilly always helping her. They said that she was a puppet and Jilly was the puppet master. After a while Erin signs up for Intranet CLub and meets a really cute guy named Mark. Erin and Mark started to be really good friends and also good friends with a girl named Rosie. But Erin knew that if Mark saw Jilly and how pretty she is, Mark would forget all about her and go after Jilly. Same thing if Jilly saw Mark. Well her prediction came true and Jilly and Mark started dating. Long story short: Erin wrote some stuff on her personal webpage about people in her school and her webpage got posted at school instead of the Intranet and everyone saw what she wrote. I would want to switch places with Erin because everyone forgave her in the end and she has good friends and family around her to support her.
ReplyDeleteRight now I am reading a book called PRINCESS ACADEMY by Shannon Hale. The main characters are probably Britta, Miri and Katar. They and some other girls were attending an academy for girls. They would have to be under a certain age too. They would learn about being proper and one of them one day will marry the prince and become princess. All the girls take a test and whoever passes the test gets to go home for Spring Break!Only two people pass:Katar and Miri. Katar leaves automatically because she is a very boastful person so no one really likes her except their teacher Olana. Meanwhile Miri doesn't want to leave her friends so she quarry-speaks to them which is when you speak in memories that everyone understands except Britta and Olana who are lowlanders. They all hate Olana so they take Britta and run for their lives. I wish I couold switch lives with Miri because everyone underestimates her until she quarry speaks.I think Miri will be chosen by the prince because she is very peaceful most of the time and kind.
