- My name is Mrs. French and I am a 5th grade Language Arts teacher. My goal is to engage students in their learning through the use of technology in order to support them in our digital world!
The favorite thing that happened was Christmas. It was awsome because I got a ipod with a camera and wii sports resort. Also loved that we got a white christmas but it wasn’t for long until it rained. When I heard that there wasn’t going to be school on the Monday, Tuesday , or Wedneday I was so excited because then we would have 16 days off, it was AWSOME!
ReplyDeleteI agree AFB37 those 16 days were awesome! One of my favorite times was going tubing at Ski Liberty. I have never done tubing before and it was so fun!
ReplyDeleteI was EXTREMELY glad when we got to start are Christmas break EARLY!I basically just read my entire break (unfortunenately I didn't get to write it in my reading log and can't remember now)but Christmas was fun because I got an ipod and memory foam matress!!IT WAS SO MUCH FUN!!!

ReplyDeleteMy favorite part of my winter break was going to the globe trotters they did some awesome tricks and dunks. My most amazing gifts were tickets to the globe trotters and 360 games. I had 4 Christmases one with my mom and step dad one with my dad one with my grandparents and one with my other grandparents. The rest of the time I was playing my 360. besides playing my 360 all the time Michael came over to my house and we had a nerf battle against my step dad tom. That was my winter break.
On my winter break the first thing I did was I went outside and went sledding. In my neighborhood we have a super steep hill they all call it the killer hill. Well anyway everybody is super scared to go down it because there is a jump half way letting to go 9 feet up in the air. I went down the hill I went like 45 mph and I hit the jump and I went 10 feet in the air. Everybody cheered loudly yeah Blake!!!!!!!! And I said oh thank you o really that was nothing. Then my dad went to go get his camera and I went down it again and my dad got a picture of me in the air. After that day everybody called me the legend of sledding.
ReplyDeleteMy favorite part of winter break was playing in that 2 foot snow!I played with some kids on my street so we played snow dare.First my new friends told me to roll up myself in a snowball.So we started rolling they told me to crouch so they put snow all over me so it would stay on me they rolled me down this big hill and I needed help geting out.At the end we got covered than we got sled over to make it bummpy we ended up rotating but we all hade a great time.
ReplyDeleteMy chrismas break was so awsome!I got a PS3.But thats not all.I also got a huge stereo.The best part was that it was a white christmas.I bult an iglu.YEA!
ReplyDeleteMy favorite event was going on horse and buggie with my best friend Carly.I got lots of gifts but my favorite was Guitar Hero 5.Also,I went sleding and it was lots of fun because I flew
ReplyDeleteoff of the ramp.I also had a sleep over and I had to stay an extra nihgt because we were snowed in.
Over my winter break I did a lot of things but I think the best thing I did was going to a Baltimore Ravens game against the Bears and I loved Christmas. For Christmas, I got a new cell phone and I also went snow boarding right before Christmas eve. I built a ramp that was at least 2 feet in the air but one time when I went off I nearly broke my neck. And finally at the Bears Ravens game the ravens one 33-7.
ReplyDeleteI had a great winter break I would have to say my favorite gift was either the wii sing it Disney or my webkinz timber wolf his name is biscuit or my purple soft blanket. Those were probably my favorite gifts that I got. And then the best event was probably when we had all of that snow and I went ice skating in my back yard and my dog berried is bone in the front yard and we he went to find it he sunk in the snow. You could not see his head or any part of him.
ReplyDeleteOn my wintter brake I had alot of fun the first activevety I did was I went sleeding with my friend Jake. Then at six in the morning opened my gifts the gifts where two new xbox games and a nerf gun and that was what I did at my house and then I went to New York. That was what I did.
ReplyDeleteMy new years was awsome!My family had a huge party!I stayed up till 3:45.We had everything even cheeseballs.It was awsome.
ReplyDeleteMy winter break was fantastic! On Christmas Eve my family and I opened our stockings.I was so happy that i got lots of really cool toys.Than on Christmas day I ran down stairs and looked at all of my presants .I had a great winnter break!!!!

ReplyDeleteI loved my winter break!it was so much fun. I got to go tubing. Also I got to go to my cousin's house and I have'nt seen him in years. My favorite gift form chrismas was call of duty 6.Over all I loved my break
ReplyDeleteMy Christmas break was so much fun! I got to go to Pittsburgh to watch the Steelers, Penguins,and Pitt Panthers games all weekend long. I was really exited to come back to school with all my friends. I am loking forward to nekt Christmas break to have even more fun.
ReplyDeleteOver winter break I celebrated new years,Christmas eve and Christams at my house. I got lots of pajamas and a ton of art media like sketch pads and makers.......... But the best thing was the dinner and the freinds over. I had a ham potatoes and greenbeans they were all extremely delisious. I also got movies like up. I enjoyed this Christmas and can't wait for next year.

ReplyDeleteMy favorite gift was Halo 3.I went to a Washington Capitals game they won four to one.I went tubing at ski liberty.I went snow boarding in my neibhor hood.
ReplyDeleteIt was REALLY fun. Our basketball team lost in thge Santa Slam tournament because the other team had a yao ming... I had 3 christmas's one with grandparents one with family and one with my Cousins who are amazing. my facorite present would probobaly be my Los Angeles Lakers tickets for 4. I am very excited for it it is on 1/26/2010
ReplyDeleteI had a great time because I got to be with my friends and family and I got all the Christmas gifts I wanted! But the only bad part is that my dad's friends were going to come over for new Year's but they couldn't because they were iced in. So, overall, I had a great time!
ReplyDeleteI went to Indiana. I saw my grandparents. I got a Ipod. And I got to see my mom open her gifts. I had a really good break. I spent new years in Indi. That was fun and had a sleepover at a friends house.!!
ReplyDeleteWell, I got to go to my Daddy and Annie’s(Step-Mom) house for 3 days. I had a double sleepover with one of my BEST friends. On Christmas Eve my cousins and I got to go to my grandmother’s house and open presents from them and from each other. It was a BLAST. That night we went back to our houses. I got to stay up late, eat cookies, and watch Teen Cribs, MTV Cribs, I’m Alive, and After The Attack. Those are my FAVORITE shows ever! The next morning I got a Laptop, IPod Touch, and a Wacom Tablet. I love to play on my IPod touch! When I went to my Daddy and Annie’s (Step-Mom) house I got a sailing bag made out of a REAL sailboat sale for when I go on the sailboat (which I’m terrified of). I also got my 3rd coach purse, I LOVE it! (have 3 Coach and 1 Gucci purse).
ReplyDeleteOver the break I also went tubing. Also I went snowbording at Ski Liberty. It was so much fun! My personal favorite course is upper heavenly. My dad was with me at the time and he hates it because he fell A LOT. Also over the break of course I had Christmas and I finaly got a PS3.I play it a lot and I am so happy I got it. Last with my best friend I went to a Maryland basketball game which they WON . YEAH!
ReplyDeleteThe winter brake to me was "The bomb". The favorite thing i did over thos 16 days was go to a Maryland basketball game with my best friend AgentFrenchBear28. We had high, but good seats. Fortunately they won the game by a ton. They played Florida. For some reason they didn't have a team name. It was just Florida. But it was really fun, and i enjoyed every second of it. After that we went back out to dinner at Bouqa De Peppo and it was great. And last to finish everything off we had a sleepover. I loved it!
ReplyDeleteI had lots of FUN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I played in a basketball tornament and my team came in second place. The team we lost to was way to good it was not fare. They were so much older. They had one player that was 6 feet 2 inches and had facial hair. I am mad we did not win but I played well anyways.
ReplyDeleteMy favorite part of winter break was going to the Bahamas I stayed across the street from the Atlantis hotel. The Atlantis hotel has all these water slides and cool things to there, like on new years day from 2am to 10am in the bahamas they have a special new years day celebration called Junkanoo it is these dancers that dress up and play instroments.Then I celebrated christmas and hanukkah over the holiday season. My favorite gift was this sports trivia game I got. So that was my christmas break.

ReplyDeleteOver winter break was so much fun read on to find out what i did.Well as you know we had a huge snow storm and as that was going on me and Adriana enjoyed the snow. So on Christmas eve we went to see our friends in Virgina we see them every year for 13 years in counting!And on Christmas day our cousins from Texas came we have not seen them in one year! But on Christmas my favorite present was my light blue camera. And my duck tape bag from my brother he made the whole bag from scratch.I loved this winter break!
