Based on the poems you have read and what you have learned about sound elements and structure in poetry tell me what your favorite poem types are and explain why in detail.

I really a haiku poem because there easy to do and I like how its 5, 7, and 5 syllables.Also that its short to read and its about nature.

My favorite type of poem is Haiku because Haiku has no ryming and i dont like ryming and the other good part about is that it is so short only 3 lines but the first line has 5 words in it and the second line is 7 words and the last line is 5 words and that is why I like haiku soo much.

I like Diamante the best because you get to pick to topics that are opposites and write about it. I also like how it makes a diamond. If I could pick 1 diamante to write about I would pick hot and cold because there completely opposite and there would be a lot of detail for it.
ReplyDeleteMy favorite way to write is a hiaku.I didnt know that they had a pattern witch is 5 7 5.I also like that because they are short.The last reason is I like nature.

My Favorite type of poetry is Haiku because it's only requirements are 5 syllable line then 7 then 5 again.Others you have to insert like a noun or adjective in certain places.Haiku is really easy to write and fun to make.

My favorite type of poem is a Haiku. The first reason is because they are short and to the point. Secondly, they are usually very calm and relaxing. Third and lastly, I like them because I love nature and its plants, animals, and even thing that aren’t living such as a babbling brook.

ReplyDeleteMy favorite type of poem is diamante because it compares to different things in one poem. Also I like the shape of diamante.(diamond) Another thing I like about diamante is that it doesn't have to rhyme and i can be about anything. Here is a diamante I wrote....
